Kabel skętkowy UTP (nieekranowany) idealnie nadaje się do instalacji w sieciach komputerowych, telefonicznych, systemach CCTV itp., nienarażonych na zakłócenia elektromagnetyczne. Przewody posiadają powłokę zewnętrzną PVC. Kabel spełnia wymagania norm okablowania strukturalnego: ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, EIA/TIA 568- B.2.
